What ingredients are Lotus.Eco tampons made with?

Lotus.Eco tampons are made of 100% organic cotton that is Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified by ICEA. We have ensured the highest of standards to bring to you a tampon offering that is organic, biodegradable and non-toxic.

Lotus.Eco tampons do not contain synthetic fibers, chemical additives, fragrance, dyes, chlorine bleach, GMOs, pesticides, toxins, latex, or formaldehyde.

Lotus.Eco tampons are made in Europe and packaged specifically to suit your needs and flow, in Australia.

 

What is the Lotus.Eco subscription service?

Lotus.Eco understands that we all lead very busy lives with less and less time to do what we really enjoy. As busy people running a business we get you! Wouldn't you love to have some chores in your life automated so you don't have to worry about them anymore? Well, you can do that for your menstrual cycle by signing up to our subscription service! You set it up once and we do the rest for you. No more standing in supermarket aisles and pharmacy queues for your menstrual products, we'll deliver your order to you at your specified frequency.

How much does a Lotus.Eco subscription cost?

Pricing for your Lotus.Eco subscription or order is dependent on the product or products you choose. The best thing about setting up a subscription is you get 15% off your entire subscription order and your products are automatically delivered to your door at the frequency you nominate.

 

I love the sound of the Lotus.Eco subscription, how do I sign up?

Easy! Just create an account through our website menu, start shopping and select the items you'd like in your subscription. Or you can select your subscription preferences whilst you're in the shopping cart then create an account so you can easily monitor or update your subscription preferences anytime you like.

 

What if I would like to skip an order?

Your subscription is automatically ordered for you by 11:59 PM AEST on the day before your subscription is set to renew. You can skip your order any time before then. Or if you've changed your mind about skipping an order you can un-skip it before then too. Any time after that means your order will have already been processed. Just log into your account to make the changes.

 

I have a Lotus.Eco subscription, what do I do if I want Lotus.Eco products before my next subscription renewal?

Log into your account then add the products to your cart and or to your subscription.

 

How do I put my subscription on hold?

Log into your account then amend the upcoming order date or pause your subscription.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account then cancel your subscription.

 

I forgot to update my address before the order shipped. What do I do?

Stress not. Just send us a message via the bottom of this page and we'll get your order out to you. You can always log into your account and change your address when you need.

 

How do I log in to my Lotus.Eco account?

Click on our website menu, then click "login". Type in your email and password and click "sign in".

 

How do I update my account details?

Log into your account to update your phone number, billing and mailing address. If you've changed your email address, make sure you contact us to let us know your new one.

 

Do you ship Lotus.Eco products worldwide?

We ship to all countries except the US and Canada, but we're working on it.

 

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take?

Shipping rates will be calculated based on where you want your products shipped. The cost of shipping will be displayed once you enter your shipping address in the shopping cart.

Your product will be dispatched the day after you place your order. Shipping times depend on your region and are determined by our courier. Our courier provides us with an estimate of when your order will arrive, meaning exactly that - it's just an estimate.

Within Australia Regional | 2 - 10 business days

Zone 1 New Zealand | 4 - 6 working days

Zone 2 North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6 - 13 working days

Zone 3 Rest of the world | 10 - 15 working days

Which currencies do you accept?

We accept all currencies through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

 

Can I try and sample of Lotus.Eco products?

Absolutely. We give away samples at our events so, keep an eye out on our Facebook or Instagram pages for news. However, we don't send out samples of our products from our website at this stage.

We know that samples are something that our customers are interested in, so sign up for our mailing list or follow us on Instagram here to be the first to know about all updates and expansions in our ranges!

 

Are Lotus.Eco products available in retail stores?

Look out for us in your local boutique health food store. We're constantly, looking for great partners to improve our retail presence, feel free to suggest who you think might be great to work with by sending us a message via the bottom of this page. Will taxes be charged on my tampons?

We wish we had more influence in this, but unfortunately taxes are still charged on tampons by most governments around the world. This means we need to include the tax when you purchase from a country where tampons are taxed. Good news is that if you live in Australia you won't be charged this tax. We're also working to campaign to remove taxes on tampons globally.

 

If I'm not happy with my product can I return it or obtain a refund?

We appreciate that sometimes you don't get what you expect and that's ok. Write to us by filling out the fields below and tell us why you weren't happy with our product. We'd be more than happy to provide a refund.
